Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels work in the same way. We use them to keep the website working, to understand how it is used and, with your permission, to measure our advertising.
When you open our website for the first time, no analytics or marketing cookies are set. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel are only loaded after you accept the corresponding category in the cookie banner. Until then all Google consent signals (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) remain set to "denied" through Google Consent Mode v2.
Your choice is stored for 6 months. You can change or withdraw it at any time using the button below or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

Google and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, on Standard Contractual Clauses. Data is only transferred after you consent to the relevant category.
In addition to our cookie banner, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website, such as the agent area, from working correctly.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For details on how we process personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
