On the first day, we welcomed Indonesian real estate agencies. The meeting was filled with genuine understanding and strong business dialogue. Over 40 active brokers, who have been working successfully on Bali for years, visited our sites and took part in the Open Day program.

Day One: Indonesian Vibe
On the first day, we welcomed Indonesian real estate agencies. The meeting was filled with genuine understanding and strong business dialogue. Over 40 active brokers, who have been working successfully on Bali for years, visited our sites and took part in the Open Day program.

They also visited two of our key projects that are about to be completed:

During the event, we presented all six of our current projects. Beyond the business agenda, we also created a warm and welcoming atmosphere with delicious refreshments, branded souvenirs, and heartfelt conversations about the future of investment real estate on the island.

Day Two: International Vibe and Bookings
The second day was dedicated to private brokers and agencies from the CIS countries. The atmosphere was truly warm and full of positive energy. Guests toured two villa complexes under construction and experienced a multimedia presentation showcasing all our projects on a large screen.
One of the most exciting discoveries for our guests was the prestigious Sanur district and its rapidly developing appeal. It’s here that four Vibe Development projects are located. The area is seeing major growth thanks to the construction of a yacht marina, the Bali International Hospital, the ICON Mall, and an expanding luxury residential sector. These are all key drivers of rising real estate value in Sanur.
